Classifying a dynamic impact system can be challenging due to multiple reporting requirements, processes, and demands on the system. Use Cases

Custom Community and Stakeholder Classification

Your community is classified by custom fields and is constantly updated. For example, in an Alumni Program, you may want to survey your community and run an impact assessment to uncover hidden insights. You'll need to ensure the fields match the user profile, which can change over time. Considering the conditions and intended usage of the fields is crucial.

Data Visualisation

Ensuring the data can be visualised later is essential. Without a data analyst, this can be a frustrating part of the process. For example, deciding whether to use buckets for employment date,  or collect employment date can significantly influence how the data can be visualised later.

Dashboard Results

With this new feature, several dashboards are available out of the box. Here are some examples:

> User Group Data Implications

Analyze the types of information reported in your user group data.

> User Profile Classification

Count and classify user profiles automatically.

> Alumni Profiles

View 115 users categorised by bursary type and cohort without further Excel processes and surveys.

> User Status

If you collect employment types, an insight can show the count per employment type for your users

By leveraging the Automated Classification and Chart Widgets, you can streamline the classification process, enhance data visualization, and make data-driven decisions that positively impact your strategic goals.
